HEARD is a place where teens can explore who they are, the roles they play, and who they want to be. Where they can write- and rewrite- their story.

Users can try on different roles using our digi-role therapy program, experience the power of controlling their narrative through quick creative writing exercises, and use powerful EMDR therapy delivered through artificial intelligence and phone vibration.
